Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
The following persons are expressly prohibited from registering or using an Account:
When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
We may require you to complete an identity verification process before activating your Account, processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem appropriate. Acceptable identity documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address may be required in certain circumstances.
Documents must be authentic, unaltered originals. Submitting falsified, cropped, obscured or digitally altered documents is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written consent is prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, continuously or without interruption. Access may be restricted or suspended for maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or other reasons at our discretion without prior notice.
Any content, feedback or communications you submit to the Platform must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User-submitted content that violates these standards.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment or legal advice. Betting and gambling involve inherent risk of financial loss. You should never bet amounts you cannot afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment — not a reliable income source or financial strategy.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with the Operator's current withdrawal policies. Transactions identified as potentially fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise suspicious may be suspended pending investigation. In such cases, the Platform and/or Operator reserves the right to withhold funds, close Accounts and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
All bonuses, welcome offers, free bets and promotional incentives are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable at the time of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering/rollover requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts (e.g., PKR 1,000), eligible game categories, expiry periods and maximum bonus amounts.

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the Operator's applicable betting rules in effect at the time the bet is placed. Bets are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake, odds and market — before confirmation.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Real-time odds fluctuations during live/in-play events are a standard feature of sports betting.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, event abandonment, postponement beyond specified rescheduling windows, or where the Operator determines that a bet was accepted in error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User's account balance.
PSL, T20I, ODI and Test cricket markets are subject to the cricket betting rules maintained by the Operator. Specific rules govern outcomes such as rain interruptions using DLS method, Super Overs, toss results and player availability. Users should familiarise themselves with sport-specific rules before placing bets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zd33, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team through official support channels. Account closure requests are subject to resolution of any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or ongoing KYC/AML checks.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, provision of false information, abusive conduct, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.
Upon Account termination, all licences granted under these Terms are revoked. Any outstanding balance in a closed Account will be processed in accordance with the Operator's policies, subject to deduction of any amounts owed by you to the Platform and subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable verification checks.
zd33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Operator's license, as disclosed by the Operator. This is not necessarily the law of Pakistan.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts or alternative dispute resolution body designated under the applicable governing law.
